All data supplied to us relating to injury compensation claims is kept electronically and is not given to any third party except those dealing with your accident claim including the allocated solicitor. All personal information held about you is deleted at the conclusion of your claim. All information that you supply is kept on a password and firewall protected computer hard drive and is backed up offsite. You may have access to all personal information relating to your claim kept by us and we will correct any erroneous information at your request.

Limitation & Time Limits
There are time limits within which injury compensation claims should be settled or legal proceedings should be issued in a court of law. Failure to comply with these time limits can result in loss of the opportunity to claim compensation. Solicitors Regulation Authority
We are required to adhere to strict rules regarding advertising, marketing and soliciting business which in turn interact with the Solicitors Regulation Authority's code governing the conduct of solicitors. We do not enter into any contract with you as a client, nor will we handle any client money on your behalf. The appointed panel solicitor will wish to monitor that the authorisation to trade is in force at all times and also that we act entirely properly such as to ensure compliance with, in particular, rules 1,2,7,8 and 9 and 21 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007.

Referral Arrangement
Dental negligence claims arising in England & Wales will be referred to Neil Hudgell Solicitors, a firm on our selected panel who specialise in conducting medical negligence claims. The Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA") require that all referrers of work to solicitors who are regulated by the SRA, disclose any such referral arrangement and in turn that the appointed solicitor should declare the same information.
